Google mailbox integration
Authorized LV Compare advisors can connect a Google account to send client and renewal communications from their own mailbox. The connection is optional and uses the minimum Gmail permission needed to send email.
LV Compare requests your basic Google identity information and Gmail send-only permission. We use the identity information to identify the connected mailbox and the send permission to deliver messages initiated or enabled in the CRM.
LV Compare cannot read or synchronize your Gmail inbox, received messages, message history, or drafts. It does not request Gmail read, compose, modify, or full-mailbox access.
You choose when to connect or disconnect your account. Automated renewal emails are off by default and require a separate opt-in. Disconnecting revokes the mailbox authorization and stops future sends.
Mailbox authorization and delivery are processed through Nylas and Google. LV Compare stores an encrypted authorization reference, the connected email address, granted permissions, connection status, and audit records needed to operate and secure the feature.
